Yep, anyway, Gaijin rarely follows the “X nation has to actually operate said weapon or equipment”
If they did that, Brimstones (Germany’s delivery of Brimstone 3s is due in 2028) and PW4s (though italy has ordered some PW4s, no idea on delivery window) would need to be removed from Italy and Germany.
So we have actual aircraft with Mk0 in service, maybe Mk1 in service and definetly a test aircraft with Mk2. So I dont see why they would deny it based upon a technicality
