None of the systems operated by Iran and Venezuela is in-game at the moment except for the Buk, which in reality their innefectiveness happened due multiple reasons that wasn’t malfunction of the system itself, as @gfdsa_killer mentioned, Electronic Warfare being the main reason and overwhelming force as well can be considered.

And I personally believe that we’ll see how these same systems will work once Gaijin fully implements short range attack drones, improvement of anti-armor/vehicle ground-launched munitions and electronic warfare primarly.

Also in Iran, the IDF already had the intel on iranian anti-air, they just needed to shoot some GPS cruise munitions and they were done. In Venezuela many of the BUK systems were off and some other didnt even deployed, and also had the intel on them.
