this is just rage bait why can’t USA ever get something for USA f35 and euro test 5TH gen are just fine for the rest of nato
there is no NATO F-22
The F-35 is simply uncompetitive. It’s like the F/A-18, but even slower and without a large number of missiles
Alright, I’ll add an image later explaining what it’s supposed to look like, because it seems like no one understood what I meant
Listen, maybe it will be like with the Armata, they won’t add it because it’s imbalanced.
F-35 isn’t anywhere close to weak.
What kind of Redfor propaganda is that claim?
F-35 isn’t as limited as F-22 is in weapons load.
F-35 WVR is going to be competitive as well, BVR it’s obviously amazing.
There is zero reason to “merge” anything.
f22 and f35 and almost the same in BVR f35 actually carrys more missiles with non stealth and f-35B is much more lethal in GRB
But more than two do. There’s already three nations in game that can hold their own alone, being USA (F-22, all F-35s), China (J-20, J-35) and Russia (Su-57/57M).
Then for future nations the Turkish KAAN and Korean KF-21 Block 3 (they also have F-35 too) will make that five fully complete 5th gen nations.
Looking into unfinished prototypes I think it’s safe to say there’s at least a few more, I know F-X could qualify Japan, maybe BAE Replica for Britain.
We’re now already at 7/12 (5/10 only for nations in game) rhat have non-F-35 top tier. But we also still have Israel and Britain with unique features on their F-35s and looking further in the future with 6th gens Italy is part of GCAP alongside Britain and Japan as well, which gives them a future domestic design then. The same goes for other future projects that I maybe don’t know of.
And even past that, what about nations that only have F-35? If I play Norway and want my Norwegian F-35, why would I be forced to get an American one instead? That doesn’t sound right.
you guys are acting like 5th gen will be game breaking but with the current map sized a f15EX or Rafale might perform better in ARB
well…
while not being the better overall option vs eurocanards with IIRs as well.
Gaijin introduction the first 5th gen fighter aircraft from USAF maybe F-22A early (mid 2000’s service)
But I expect introduce 5th gen infrared Air-to-Air Missile (initial) before the first 5th gen fighter aircraft
Was confirmed it’s not coming this year, we get F-35 first most likely
The way it was worded long ago sounded like they would both come at the same time
won’t be too long till we see the tech demonstrator for GCAP called FCAD while fully built by U.K it still represents the GCAP program and its capabilities will probably be fine against other gen 5s anyway so Italy, U.K and Japan could possibly get this jet it’s due for 2027 roll out and will have a weapons bay and test weapons launch.

Japan could in theory also get 26 DMU as a incomplete prototype as multiple components of this aircraft were built all including engines, TVC, radars, mid section of the fuselage and weapons bay
Or we wait until march 2027
You mean F-35B Block 2B (USMC) and F-35A Block 3i (USAF) ?
But AIM-9X , AIM-132 and AAM-5 (initial service) on 4th gen & 4+ gen fighter aircraft before 5th gen fighter aircraft
And wait less 1 year
My goyim in Netanyahu, it’s top tier. It’s going to absolutely suck no matter how it’s made. And it’s going to have so many levels of fake that Gaijin is going to merge with Wargaming and announce “WW2 Two”.
No, if you want F-22 play USA, if you want Su-57 play Russia, if you want J-20 play China.
I see no reason for nations to gain access to planes they never even tested.
Why should countries that developed 5th gens not get their vehicles because other countries didn’t?
I doubt it would be added with such specificity, we know how Gaijin loves to add a simplified version first before refining (see F-16C → F-16CM)
I highly doubt those missiles are coming to any aircraft below 14.3, so safe to say only 4.5 gen will get them I think
