Yes.
Better than you wanting even more copypaste by putting raptor in trees other than US.
Beside EFT will still clap raptor anywhere but extreme long range BVR.
I’m not talking about adding the F-22 to every country’s research tree. Rather, I’m suggesting the addition of two new nations — or, more accurately, alliances — that become available after researching a Rank 9 aircraft (or any number of them) from any nation belonging to that alliance. (Alternatively, both alliances could be made available, which sounds like a really interesting idea)

You can get F-22 on your team via matchmaker. No need for whatever you’re suggesting.
Look, F-22 et al. will remain exclusives to their nations, it’s already agreed (if not foreseen) that F-35A/B/C will be the one-size-fits-all 5th gen aircraft for nations lacking their own domestically made 5th gen fighter.

Only F-35A/B not C, C would also be exclusive to US just like F-22 (One of the best looking F-35 would be US exclusive makes me so happy even though it is gonna be worse then other 2)

Man I can’t imagine how strong F-111 must be then, it’s higher AND triple digits.
To be fair France is France + BeNeLux and Sweden is Sweden + Finland + Norway, so they can get the F-35A operated by Belgium, the Netherlands and Norway. But I agree for F-35B/C or the F-22.
Right now all nations in game have some 5th gen, usually at least one F-35 variant. But many get unique features on them (like Britain or Israel) or additional unique 5th gens (like USA or China).

these arent problems its just what you think about 5th gen giving f22 to other nato nations is just not going to happen

I was talking about adding what is essentially a new nation. In that case, there can be no talk of a “German” or any other F-22; it would be a NATO F-22
if NATO players non USA want f22 then they can hop TTs and grind it out that’s what they will do anyway
