Because it creates a mess regarding organisation. I am not opposed to them getting fixed, but it’s generally better to point explicitly to the fault than “all these things are bad” as that allows for things to be missed.

I would have been inclined to include the other missiles such as AAM-4 and PL-12 if there were existing acknowledged reports for their missing ranges, unfortunately I don’t think any exist, otherwise feel free to drop the link here. In the thread above the MICA EM’s missile has a report open on it and the link was included.

Sadly yes and we can’t realy do anything about it.
If it is correcly backed-up and enought people show that they care about it it can be worth. If you look at the french 330mm AP shell, it is one of the biggest win of the naval comunity. So it might be worth, but we would have to really think about it and be carefull about how thing are presented.
Yes they tend to break stuff even more when they try to fix them.

Fortunately for France, the Gripen already took the main brunt of their ire regarding Eurodeltas. For the most part, enough pressure will get things fixed when they deem it sensible. They’d be hard pressed to take a hatchet to it after what they did to Gripen 😿
Thanks to the efforts of folk like @DirectSupport, they would be hard pressed to break this. Too many documents.

You quite literally cried about this LAST update with the R-77-1, and the Rafale was still the best plane in-game afterwards. This is getting ridiculous.
The Rafale is currently the plane everyone else has to play catch-up with, not the underdog you keep pretending it to be.

Are you saying that AIM-120C-5 doesn’t change things? Keep in mind that the AIM-120C-5 on dev-server is WIP.
With that said, MICA EM’s real counterpart was AIM-120C-5 and now that it is here and very likely to get implemented well, MICA EM should get its full capabilities.
It is not like the AIM-120C was simply only added on the F-18s, instead it has now been added onto F-15E which was already the best BVR aircraft in the game.

Yeah this insistence on keeping MICA EM as a short or medium-short ranged missile is pretty weird. The addition of more large maps to top tier air rb and potentially sim such as the Falklands will mean that these longer-ranged counterpart missiles will be able to stretch their legs.
Further, AIM-120C-5 will now have the reduced seeker width similar to that of MICA EM, so now people can’t keep regurgitating that BVR is not the meta, when AIM-120C-5 will make BVR more likely.

No, it clearly changes things, its a buff to jets that have been performing the worst in top tier air rb, while you’re once again asking for buffs to thr jets that have been performing the best.
Falklands size isnt anything special, current top maps are 126x126km (Afghanistan, Sinai, Denmark, Rocky Canyon, Spain), Falklands is 130x130km. Its marginally larger, but unlikely to be something anyone notices.
BVR still wont be the meta, particularly when the R-77-1 and MICA-EM are both being buffed to fire outside of their gimbal limits, making them even better at being used high-offbore.
You’ve proven time and time again that you vastly underestimate how good the MICA and Rafale are in-game, and vastly overestimate everything else, either out of pure ignorance as you’ve never played anything but france in top tier ait, or solely for the malicious purpose of maximum imbalance in your favour.

It’s really not serious at some point.
The F-15E isn’t the worst performing 14.0, and it’s why everyone is so annoyed at Gaijin.
If it were russian, the forums would be on fire for weeks until Gaijin removed the missiles, but since it’s American it’s fine.

Seems to be the consistent theme whenever new stuff gets added to France/Sweden. Occasionally Britain, but folk tend to be a lot less vitriolic towards Britain in my experience. Thing was designed to perform as a dogfight missile and medium range missile, competitor’s been added. Time to let it perform to its intended function.

Well it depends. If f15e is getting c5 then sure fix the pl12/aam4/mica. If its just the hornets, then the mica can stay gimped along with the others.
