The Me 262 suffers as a result of primarily it’s BR and its label, it’s been power crept by cold war era jets and at 7.0 it is situational at best. It also should not be considered a fighter. It is a bomber interceptor, and always has been, therefore give it an air spawn.
The easiest way to handle this problem is to decompress the BR’s. It’s been a problem for the longest time and it would help a lot by giving a buffer from WW2 vehicles and cold war.
I still feel that each 262 should be brought down at minimum .3, starting at 6.7 for both the Jabo and the A-1a then progressing from there. Some people may complain about balance with props, but the He 162 is a perfect example of effectively what the 262 would be around that BR, a fast BnZ interceptor. Given how powerful the props at that BR are it would be balanced there.
