It’s less about the number of updates but more about the time passed between the sales. So March update packs won’t be eligible for Summer sale for example, unlike December ones. That doesn’t mean that all of them will be included in the offers, though.

Also the DL allows you to change targets mid attack in case the original target dies or you need to urgently react to new threat in approx same area
i did that onece, my Aim7p pulled so hard, it did a half backflip. It was so statifing
