panther has much stronger frontal profile than m26, m26 was also historically 6.3 for like 7 years and didnt cause issues being 6.3.
m26 has better hull and turret armor lmao. and panthers were 5.3-5.7 for 7 years as well so whats your point?

not really, panther hull is impenetrable far beyond when you can pen m26 hull.
panthers were undertiered AND causing issues, m26 never caused issues and wasnt undertiered
lolno. panther has to aim for mg port or lfp to reliably pen m26 meanwhile m26 can go for turret, lfp and ufp at medium ranges. m26 never caused issues because the average us player is blind and cant fking hit the side of a barn at 500m
People keep arguing that it should stay 6.7, but when you bring up the M4A2(76)W with the 76 Jumbo they go quiet.

Its typical when ppl who like a tank, immediately want BR reduced. All tanks suffer on up tiers. Comparing Pershing to Tiger I is just pure desperation. A lot of txt here but no stats…there you go:
67% win ratio, almost 3 frags per battle on RB… its pure killer. Now IS-1 and Tiger I for example have 2.1 and 2.5 kills per battle with 42% and 45% win ratio… so what will happen if pershing which appears on limited number on their battles now will go on full team mode.

Only way to pen the Panther UFP with US vehicles within the BR range is HEAT/FS or Anything from a 105mm or 120mm gun. 90mm can’t cut it in the game even though IRL it could.
Driver port and the area around it,or from turret it bounces down and oneshots. But i understand you probably never experienced it. You barely have 150 games in Panthers.
lmfao US 90mm can pen at 400-500m and if he angles itll overmatch side easily. long 90 can do it from >1k
I have fought them far more than I have played them, sure. Which is why I can tell you from experience what I have already stated is very much the case in-game.
Also, trying to count freak bounce shots doesn’t apply.
Never seen it happen nor experienced it using 90mm. If a Panther needs to die frontally you either have to shoot the LFP or go through the mantlet and pray the mantlet doesn’t blackhole the shell.
Panther mantlet barely bounces anything now compared to m26 turret that can magically bounce long 88s lmao
