The M1A2 AIM should be added to the British tech tree

not if they added the US one as a tech tree tank. do the Australians use the 6 pack or 8 pack smoke grenade launchers? that and the armor/ammo would be the difference

Australian AIM run cooler and have the Barracuda thermal netting

how? they both use the same engine

Enhanced cooling due to AUS modifications

Land Force: Abrams takes Aim | ADM Mar 2011 - Australian Defence Magazine.

this is the only thing i found that mentioned cooling and its all for the crew. it even says everything except the AUG racks are on the US Abrams

My info was coming from a RAAC Abrams tanker so the mileage may vary

Yea fr source on this? They still use the same radiator and engine so heat sig shouldnt change also US tanks use thermal netting too…

well he probably felt the difference with the crew cooling

heres a US M1A2 with Barracuda. m1a1 and a2 are both basically the same in size so it should be able to go on A1’s as well. if not, then its another difference between a potential TT US AIM and the current Australian one

AUS AIM with Barracuda

i believed you about Barracuda on AUS AIM’s, just showing that US one could potentially get it

Shame that ingame currently Barracdua is just a visual piece

Bring on the realism

As soon as USA gets full featured SEP3 with 2020 specs and Abrams X. Otherwise FO, stop cookie cutter poaching our crap.

I hate the nations getting same vehicles :(

Tech trees were unique thing once, now they’re more and more filled with same shit.

Even then, UK has noticably less copypaste when compared to other nations, no need to ruin it further.

fairly sure britain has some of the least, especially if you throw indias additions in the bin.

very little imported and zero captured vehicles
