Yes but AIM-9X is quite good in game so it can easily have 11.0+ BR
The AIM-9X also struggles to hit anything past ~5km or so unless they are very slow or flying in a straight line. So you would basically be like a strela. A guaranteed kill up close, but everything outranges you so they never have to get close to you in the first place. And due to it using IR missiles and having no radar, it wouldn’t even be able to intercept munitions like the ADATS can (but not very well TBF). I really think the M-SHORAD increment 1 and increment 3 would be better additions. You would have an AESA radar so you would see everything in the air. You can easily intercept munitions thanks to the proxy gun ammo. And if they add the increment 1 with hellfires, you have a decent missile for anti tank work as well. And if they add the increment 3, you have missiles with decent range, undodegable up close, and it would be able to sit comfortably at 10.7 filling in the gap between the Roland at 10.0 and the ADATS at 11.7 (it really should be 11.3 IMO tho but thats another topic).
