Yes and 11.0 would be ideal
The 2A4 is a pretty good tank but its firepower is poor. Slower reload than its competitors (and even the Russians now get an equal reload rate) and DM23 has pretty low penetration, especially compared to the L26 on the Vickers or DM33 on the Ariete at the same BR (and before you come at me yes I know they have less armour that’s why I’m not advocating for DM33 at 10.7, just comparing firepower of similarly mobile vehicles). And finally there’s the historical angle- DM33 was the main shell of the 2A4, entering service one year after the tank. DM23 is more accurate for the four earlier Leopard 2 models that Gaijin has completely skipped over.
And while we’re at it give the Abrams M833 and bump it up as well. Maybe also upgrades for other MBTs around the BR if applicable.
At least there is merit to giving M1 the M833 shell

Because clearly the best 10.7 requires further buffs.
Finally the Challenger Mk3 with it’s engine buff and the T-80B with it’s reload buff have gotten closer to the Leo 2A4 and M1 Abrams in performance and balance, and instantly we see people demanding DM33/M833/M900 again.
Ariete (P) having worse mobility and armour than a Leo 2A4 but gains DM33 to preserve a sense of balance and tradeoffs between the two? Screw that! Just give the Leo 2A4 DM33 anyways and make the minor nation MBT completely and utterly pointless by comparison again!

honestly I just think its funny that the Leo 1A5 Gets DM33 but the 2A4 doesnt
105 DM33 vs 120 DM23. They are rather equal shells.

Need m1 ambrams also shell buff 370 mm should be 410 mm.
