IDK, ZTZ99A is still… WTF is with the JF17 engine, it has less thrust than Mig21? The official data is 8.4 ton, and all we get is 6.7?
It’s the same as any other laser rangefinder though; takes about 0.5 seconds on every MBT I’ve tested.
Not on the Leclerc, Vextra, CV90105. Those 3 instantly move the gun when pressing the range finding button

You can see in this video what I am talking about. The laser rangefinder takes some time to give you the distance, but the gun itself aims instantly

Sooo, I tried again, thinking it might have been a bug that was quickfixed. Still works on the S21 and AZUR. It does not on the S1 and S2 however. Vextra does work as well
Edit : My crews are level 150, one Aced one expert for testing. Tanks are spaded

Smoke Gallic tubes are a bit larger so they actually go outside the armor. They should however not be white
Had the same happen for me on other tanks. Might be an issue of the new custom sight maker, because it only happened with sights I made in there

Mmmmh that’s weird then. Probably when you make custom range finders I guess ? Which is weird because it’s inconsistent. I have serveral vehicles with the exact same sight that don’t act the same
Yep it’s just a bug. If you modify a sight (probably the range finder), then you get this “small buff”. There’s a few bug report I’m gonna make about the sights soon.
Even if they buff Leclerc, I’d still probably only ever use France for 7.3-7.7 - 8.7-9.3, because the main issue with France is the lack of support vehicles (aka fun vehicles) at top-tier. Nothing worse than being presented with a sausage fest of MBTs to have to play.

Later when possible the smoke caliber and model will be corrected as well when those reports will be resolved!
