It might be more sophisticated than a wooden or plastic one but it still ultimately falls under the definition of a mockup.
As others have already mentioned this is done to produce something more tangible for investors which is espcially the case for an Export product inorder to encourage orders.
find some actual concrete proof that it was ever mounted and tested on an aircraft, then have a conversation

every single one of us talking in this thread is quite literally clutching at straws due to the severe lack of information on this pretty likley to be fake or extremley low preduction missile.
the lack of information limits the ability to prove or debunk its actual existence and therefore things will loop until one of you gives up or starts insulting the other to which a forum janny will purge the thread

This is ultimately what is needed for the MT to with reason stay in its current state.
Otherwise the options are:

Nerf its tracking on moving targets (like the hammer) as the brochure suggests that this was its intended usecase

Just remove it, most weaponry (note not vehicles) meet the threshold of testing which so far cannot be said for sure for the MT.

the thing is a very sophisticated model of seeker is made (most likely a working one), then why should it stay as a mockup when half of the work is done.
russia doesnt tell much about its modern stuff, like izdeliye 180, 810 and su57 itself.
i am not saying kh38 exist, and i am putting this in a very vague way, its most likely more than a mockup. chances are that this is still in devlopment or its just not meant for export anymore due to technology. other thing could be the limited production (hence limited) use of these IIR fnf missile when you there are laser missiles and man in loop missiles like kh59 doing the similar jobs.
and due to its relevance to su57, its info is likely hidden.
in that photo there is a seeker head component connected to a board. we just cant tell anything else.
that board looks about as populated as the pcb on my donor boards when i used to mod gameboys howeber

There has been bad faith arguments from both side which at times has just devolved into insults (as one would expect in this kind of thread)
theres more of a chance that its a seeker from a different weapon system being used as a prop honestly.

you mean all we can tell is that its a round PCB with a bearing mounted in the center on a weird box with nondescript metal cylinders sticking out the side, also important to mention the weirdly routed wires

well im not super familliar with that specific seeker head its still a safe bet to assume they reused a part from an older missile in production in a new shell to show what this wundewaffe will look like.
