The brochure at the expo called it an MLE as far as I can remember, the seeker doesn’t really match any that we’ve seen on any Russian missiles either (it also doesn’t look like IIR seekers of western missiles, and mostly resembles a TV seeker if anything).

The point is that it’s as real as the kh-38mt, and would be rejected while the MT was not.
They are as real as each other.
This was removed cause the turret was a wooden mockup. This AA tank never put the game out of balance. Other nations (I wont name it) get mockup stuff added, even if it totally breaks the game.

You’re right, the street fighter challenger 2 is actually more real than the kh-38mt as all the parts definitely exist.
They still got introduced to the game and removed after a while. 38MT might get removed in the future, who knows.

Probably shouldnt be doing this in class, but I dont quite think that the journalists word like that is final. As well as the fact that future version of the ML not looking anything like that makes me think its smth else not ML MLE or whatever

When I remember correctly: As the 2A7V with spall liners was introduced, there also appeared threats where players complained its too effective. It really didn’t take long and the first tweakes appeared. Nerfs, reload buff for others to balance this out up to the point where spall liners are hardly effective anymore. Just to level the playing field.
Now compare this to the KH38MT issue. It absolutely wrecks top tier ground RB. A double spawn of KH-38 capable Su’s nuke whole teams off the map without any realistic counter… Complaints and threats appear, one even with 6000 replies. There are youtube complaints and even general MMO platforms are discussing this imbalance… and what acutally happens? Since months? Nothing. Not even a DEV statement to at least acknowledge that there is something of an issue.
I know most of the G staff have an affiliation to Russia and the Soviet Union. But still this is a game with worldwide player base. It somehow needs to be balanced and standards should be at least similar for every nation. Its time to act and to remove this 6x spacebar nonsense. Its just too op. Be it real or not…its too op. Its harming your game and your reputation.
