SPAA at 13.0 even panstir are a nonfactor to any decent CAS player.
Thankfully we have CAP with fox 3 that can shut anything down trying to guide stuff in, problem is CAP only costs like 100 less sp than CAS so its not always an option players have access to counter CAS.
Though in my expierence playing russian CAS at top tier 80% of the time im immedietely lit up by airspawn camping f16. But since im already in range i just sling my kh38 and then dont really care if aim120 kills me 10 seconds later because ive already won.

CAP still cant handle kh38mt carriers, there is not enough time which is cringe because there is literally no counter

Ya thats what I pointed out in the last paragraph.
I rarely see anything flying than Suchoi jets or sometimes Rafales imho. Its always just my perspective, but I can’t confirm this air spawn camping F-16 theory. Especially since AIM120 equipped jets cost almost as much as CAS jets with KH ordnance. Its not like there’s a chance to scramble Aim120 jets before the Suchois appear^^
Also the time window is too short. When I airspawn camp, most suchoi players launch all 6 KH’s before you’re able to shot them down. You don’t have alot time, they spawn and immeadetly press the button for their pod, just seconds later they’re spotting targets and launch 6 missiles in quick succession. Often a glide bomb on top.

a week off from a month since this thread started and blew up and still nothing proving OP to be wrong.
This thread and OPs Reddit (eww) post have completely altered google searches for the KH38MT and KH38 series as a whole too.
Gaijin has to at least acknowledge the concerns

Here’s a reality that my uncle had to face: An ex-employee left a memo of a document’s existence.
He was one of two dudes that spent MONTHS attempting to find the document, they found it. The worst part is the memo didn’t even name the document but only gave a short summary.
Not saying that’s what Gaijin is dealing with right now, that’s an extreme situation to get into.
There are also discussions to be made amongst themselves and/or with the provider of the document, and if a decision should be made prior to any public statements.
So on and so forth.
I do hope we get a response. It’s possible we don’t, it’s possible the tracking method of Kh-38MT and Hammer are added without a word said.
Many things are possible.

If you ignore the air tree outside of CAS at top tier sure. They love handcrushing americans there. And they certainly didn’t ignore the crazed anti russian posters on the bug report forums about mig23/29, when they easily could have. Mig23 gets outrated by phantoms now.

It’s amazing gaijin managed to mess up so badly initially by not doing due diligence on the weapon, then messed up by not monitoring the impact it had on the game and then further compounding it by remaining silent on it.
It’s an amazing series of failures.

I would be enclined to say that’s because the SU25 is premium, and removing them could cause issues
At least that’s the reasoning they gave for not adding a leclerc premium next patch
That being said, they could just remove it from SU30 and 34 only if that’s the core issue, and, let’s face it : the SU25SM would still be very capable with KH 38 ML only
