I do have to say though, the fact that this thread goes off topic so much is quite interesting when you think about it logically.

The goal of the thread is to try to discuss and/or find evidence (or the lack thereof) of the operational existence of the Kh-38MT. I myself did some very extensive research in looking for info on the missile, and a few ppl who doubted me and my intentions, some of which are russian speakers, also doublechecked my work and were largely unable to find any new info as well, corroborating my claims.

The fact this thread goes off topic so often, discussing the game balance and if it deserves to stay in-game despite the paltry level of proof of the missiles operational existence is in some way its own testament to how little info there is regarding the Kh-38MT existing.

Theres just simply nothing to really discuss since nobody has been able to find anything further to discuss.

Even those who are in disagreement with the conclusions I’ve drawn have largely failed to provide anything of substance and have instead focused on arguing the validity of the topic and who the burden of proof falls upon between myself and Gaijin in this situation, instead of simply providing additional requested evidence.

Were all effectively waiting for gaijin to say something on the subject at this point. Be it posting evidence beyond whats already been discussed, or stating what they will choose to do with the missile if it turns out they have no more evidence than whats already been discussed.

Well a fake missile being the most overpowered in game going to the Russians sure does smell like a steaming pile of fresh ruskie bias.

Plenty of people in this thread, kh38mt users and not are all agreeing for the most part that the fake ordinance should begone from the game from this.

The missile can be balanced by giving things like brimstone full capability and adding American options however this was not the point of the thread, this is only to speak of the lack of evidence that it was ever more than a potential weapon mockup

I wonder how many of those people watched a Mach 2.2 missile come their way as they helplessly tried to avoid or intercept it. Yeah, people don’t like dying to crap they have no control over. Yeah, it’s their fault, it’s their fault for being on the wrong team and nation, right?.

Also this has nothing to do with Russian bias, it’s entirely a game balance issue, most people couldn’t care less where this missile is from. It’s overpowered, period.

Because I’d be hard pressed to believe all the against votes own the vehicle.
And I’d be hard pressed to think that all the “keep it” votes are all people that are about to own it, or do own it.

The irony of your statement is your own bias shining through.

You think most of the ppl who think it should be removed for not meeting the games standard of proof for additions are biased against the missile, but you think the ppl voting to keep the missile arent biased towards the missile.

Its an extremely convenient position to take that allows you to pretend you have the intellectually/morally superior position to those that don’t agree with you, based entirely on your subjective opinion.

Gaijin has removed or refused weapons on vehicles for less, so unless they have actual proof that these missiles are used irl they should be removed. We all know they would immediately nerf any non Russian or Chinese vehicle for this reason.

And this is coming from someone who has all 3 kh38mt slingers.

Me: watches the brimstone spam (and brimstone nukes a few updates ago, and still continues).
Me: watches the KH-38MT spam currently.

Hmm… I sense a pattern here Scooby doo.

I despise all CAS elements, yes the KH-38MT is easier, but I’ve seen plenty of good jdam and good brimstone players
