Uh no. We have SEP, and SEPV2 we just don’t have SEPV3 so I’d say we have pretty modern, and pretty accurate abrams.

nobody claimed russia never developed an IR seeker, capabiltiy wise still there is a huge difference between earlier stuff and whatever the KH38MT claims.
Until proven, it does not exist. Only because similar stuff exists does not mean this exists and works.
If you think it does show us proof besides mock ups
The burden of proof lies with the claimant because the null hypothesis is non-existence.

we do though, its just in the US tree (they copied the armor values from swedish trials where the armor package was noted to be less protective than the domestic version)
