The Kh-38MT may not actually exist

They likely wont give ground vehicles MINTL missiles for balance, or if they do, cut back significantly on the amount per vehicle.

no i meaned LMUR for the helis need spawn points

Spike MR2 for iFvs, spike er helis all have man in the loop already as well

The nato ifvs can spawn at the start of the match and spam the spike missles at you,
this cant happen with lmur i am not aware of russian ground vehicles using them

So I guess this is real now:

Look even the seeker is built so it has to be functional

yes OH, literaly you spawn in and over 10 spikes would fly at you at the start of the game.
There was a bug once where this was possible cause of an april fools event, obviously not ending well

photos of mockups, photos of the missile mounted under a wing and possibly an article talking about its test firing + proof of the programs cancellation. More proof than the Kh38 has +1 from me

Do you mean player-controlled or AI? The SEAD event I’ve datamined is AI, as I’ve said a couple of times already.

aps in this situation could help

well yeah, but gajin would need to fix them first as well
But you see my point, besides that APS can be saturated as well

Personally I am more on the HOSBO side of things to bust harder targets. Even more so since that particular winged danger carrot was, basically, a finished weapon.

Yes I know its Ai but it’s a step in that direction.

No stupid.

IOG means when you even just use is with a point lock, at ranges even outside of seeker track, it will use its unmatched speed to close that gap, acquire a target track far faster than any other AGM, and if the target still manages to see the missile and smoke, it’s IOG will still drag it into the cloud and kill the target if it has moved far enough from its warhead of unparalleled size.

Literally no other missile in-game has this concoctions of features.

You get everything wrong. Kh-29TE its the Extended range of the Kh-29T the TD its the IR version for night operations. I already posted a pic of a naval Su-30sm testing the TD against a practice target for a promo/doc video.

Pretty bad analogy. And pretty much what this thread echo chamber/cj has become. Kh-38 missile exist. Its has being use in combat. What its unclear if the MT variant (or the seeker) its on Russian arsenal. And Lmur has already prove they also can produce IR seeker, so the whole muh Russian can’t produce IR seeker its of the windows… So again the only unclear factor is if the missile its actually on Russian Arsenal.

My guess is that Even if its on Russian inventory its on low amounts. The missile its kind an overkill and pricey. And the ML the laser version its more than enough for what the kh-38 its use against. And more important its hard to jammer. Russian and even the CEO of the company that produce Kh-38 talk that jamming its a problem in current conflict.

if you are so certain that the MT version of the Kh38 exists AND has been built and mounted on a plane then provide evidence. If not then womp womp

over 1000 votes on the poll and still over 80% want it removed

So, 15 minutes of searching for photos:
Kh-39 IR seeker
image
Thermal version of Kh-39ME seeker (probably mockup by Моделлмикс)

Same yelowish glass covering and same large round lens behind it.
At least, the seeker exists, the base for a missile exists and a mockup of how it should look like also exist.

That its not what i said. Pretty much its unclear if MT is being produce. They can produce the seeker. But its an option that in the end they decide to no produce it for whatever reason. But the use of thing like Kh-39 lmur said other wise.
