why isnt 5 DU hull enough tbh, i think Gaijin just kinda hate abrams tbh
but i dont think we would get any respond on 38mt
atleast for now
Would rather talk with Alvis than the likes of Morvran or GMDM Panzer. At least a decent conversation can be had there without having to fact check them on outrageous claims like IGLA pulls 20 gs.
Probably because the times have changed. T-80BV getting the thermals because a low number were tested with two different sight complexes (Buran and Agava-2 if memory serves right) was a better option than the other which would be to let it fall to a lower br than it was and be too strong. If they were to do it nowadays it likely wouldnt have happened.
hm
If only they’d do the same for the chieftain mk5. It should have its laser range finder but doesn’t as its a super early version, an argument I’ve always found very stupid.
There’s no justification for it to not have it while the t-80b gets upgraded like that between later and earlier versions.
I mean… Abrams is not that bad. There are double standards when it comes to turret baskets cuz lets be real that thing is just so unfair when it exists only on few tanks
Abrams is very good tbh but its skill requirement is much higher than smth like leo2 or t tanks to be effective. Same with type90s and leclers etc
If u look at the recent stats of m1a2 vs t tanks theres surprisingly m1a2 advantage in terms of kill per battle/death despite its relatively low battles played
Many people say “ye russia is so skilled” lmao. The only thing holding russia winrate is their oppresive cas and thats all. Thats just my conclusion from datasheet
Thats literally little tiny spot and thats just game damage model fault. Hitting it normally in the battle is very rare
Also talking about survivability. Hitting frontally m1 will result in dead driver or engine kill. Now due to the fact that we have turret baskets its almost impossible to not kill horizontal drive too which basically means u are a dead target
U have that 2 crew alive, dead engine and horizontal drive. U have >30s repair time. Anyone that plays top tier knows that sitting still for 30s after getting shat on is death sentence. Calling that survivability is stupid
I mentioned before the basket changes in my post. And I dont think a lfp shot should be just taking out driver + engine, nato tanks enjoying that for way to long while russian tanks just explode because of the auto loader ammo rack.
You still at least survive these shots, and if you are playing in a good posisition can use your reverse gear that isnt limited to 4/11km to get into cover and repair.
Oh well then sry my bad xd
I dont think so too. But not all tanks have turret baskets. Leclers is a great example and the master of this - t90m (and in more or less degree t80s). Its just radicilous.
Lets say u get a ultra successful flank. Try to shoot t80 or (worse) t90m side on. Roll a dice. He survives. Turns his turret. And shoots u. All of that wouldnt happen on tanks with turret baskets
Wheres the gayjin logic on getting shot first hello
Great… With what? Power of my will when my engine is dead? XD
Versus having to fully quote every post he makes, lest he goes on an edit+delete spree to completely do a 180 with his arguments the moment it is clear he’s wrong?
Ya my bad i was thinking of side shots and didnt mention that in that scenario.
then you clearly didnt play the abrams much because gaijin modeled its hydraulic tank and some lines as a hydraulic pump, you would still lose both drives and engine most of the time you were penned
I don’t understand the correlation to target size/range you make. Isn’t that mostly a function of whatever optical magnification is picked, while the poor contrast resolution will just make acquiring a target in low contrast scenarios harder regardless of range?
That’s a good joke.
What are you, a RazorVon alt?
Who
I think hes like voldemort here
what
@RazorVon gives nothing tho, ig hes not on this forums?
Name changes are a wonder online.
Anyways, back to topic.
Kh-38MT doesn’t exist and needs to be removed.
