same as 7000 messages before. No real evidence, lots of grasping at straws
Your claim that the “40km range is for older IOG-only variant and the addition of GNSS in the new variants enabled the 70km range” is false
And you posted the proof of it being false yourself …
If the 40km range is due to “lack of GNSS in the older variants”, then why the GNSS guided MKE variant is also limited to 40km?
So:
More photos of the MLE on display, but no MT/MTE.
I’ve looked everywhere for a better photo of the display show casing the signs, but could not find one.
Best thing I could find was this, but even then its hard to read.
They are show casing Su-57 weapons
The only thing this proves is that the Su-57 is not compatible with it …
Which for example could be due to lack of necessary cooling equipment …
su57 still has wing pylons doesnt it? offtopic su30 with brahmos looks sick
I do wonder if gaijin will ever add the indian Su30MKI
it does and was already seen with the KH-31 mounted to it
and it is apperently able to also mount the r-73 on it
not anytime sonn, i would guess that if they add it, it will be a premium for like 100$
i want it but im not exactly exited for it to go to uk or russia. feels a bit weird
it would be the UK as its a sub tree (as much as it urks me)
true but idk, they’ll probably make it a premium or event(hope not cause im tired of unique missiles being stuck on event vehicles)
The new evidence of the brochure from the Zhuhai airshow in 2024 is honestly a very solid point in favor of at least it existing in an operational way unfortunately.
I never proved the missile did not exist. The evidence against its existence up until the Zhuhai brochure was posted was pretty strong imo, but if the Zhuhai brochure is real, think the missile is atleast to the point of being a prototype weapon.
That being said, I do have some doubts about the Zhuhai brochure.
- Its super weird its in english. Theres not really any reasons for it to be I’d think, seeing as its a chinese airshow, and its a russian weapon not being marketted to english speaking nations.
- The image of the missile mounted on the jet is kinda weird.
- Not sure what JSC “TMC” is, afaik the manufacturer is supposed to be KTRV
There are also some other oddities;
- If there really are pictures of the Kh-38MT as seen on the brochure, why have they never been used before
- Why remove the Kh-38MTE from the most up to date version of the ROE website if the missile is still being advertised
- Is the brochure really from Zhuhai 2024 (theres no supporting evidence of this)
That being said, I cant really conclusively disprove the brochure, there’s just stuff that bug me about it, so as of now, I sit on the fence. I’ve updated the threads original post to reflect the new info.
i dont see how you can say that
it is still an international airshow as far as i know
Gunjob explained that, it has to do with it being scanned using Adobe Scan
idc about that either
there is still at least chance for nerfs such as there is no way its 25x and 3rd gen thermals
are we really acting like a SINGLE picture on a brochure that we dont even have our hands on is enough evidence right now?
no it is the Brochure itself
the origanl argument was that the 38mt was canceld because it wasnt seen in brochures for atleast 5 years
… well and also the fact that they didnt use a render
TMC is the English acronym and KTRV is the Russian acronym
JSC TMC = Joint Stock Company Tactical Missiles Corporation
KTRV = КТРВ (In Cyrillic) = Корпорация Тактическое Ракетное Вооружение
