I kinda get it with lend-lease stuff from ww2, or in cases where there is literally nothing to bridge gaps from say, pre ww2 to the cold war.

Lend lease stuff is okay when it was used by that nation but not trialed and never used.

Both lent and captured vehicles have more grounds to be added to the game than trialed ones, as those were never really owned by the nation in question. Same reason why Swedish T-80U should get the axe.

Perhaps we need a “other” tree, could have stuff from India, South Korea, maybe North Korea etc. would need another name though obviously. Would be a great place for funky event and battle pass vehicles.

Nope. They already did by swapping the S-13DF liquid explosive rocket out for the OF version.
The liquid explosive rocket was FAR MORE of a problem than the IR agm ever was, because you could first spawn the Mi-28NM or the Ka-52 and win the game by flying multiple helicopters loaded with one shot rockets, launching them from long range with the ballistic computer, also the DF rockets would fuse your spaa rocket (was possible to do that with SKO too) denying you from literally even shooting them down lmao.
That was game breaking, along with Ka-50’s first spawn with atgms back around its release, so, given that this is not game breaking, I think devs won’t need to take action, not even if you proved that something didn’t exist, or was made only into a mockup.
it’s very difficult to do so when it’s against a kh38. It’s a different story when it’s a hammer or a pgm.

Gaijin also added a far more powerful fighter with AESA at top tier (Rafailure) and because that wasn’t enough, they then added another AESA-equipped fighter at 13.0, which ALSO has ARH missiles - all a single BR step higher than the F-16AJ.
So frankly, gaijin is full of shit and if the F-2 doesn’t have the Eye of Sauron radar capable of tracking an entire team with impossible notching when added, I don’t see what was the point of waiting this long and it will drive yet another nail in the coffin for their credibility.

It’s a long list to go through before we reach the Kikka, and we don’t even know if it actually never mounted the guns as many documents were disposed of, and aircraft scrapped by the US or destroyed to prevent capture by the japanese. 80 years is a pretty long time.
It’s not like a Kikka-with-guns mockup was presented at a defense expo less than 10 years ago with the manufacturer still existing and selling a model of the Kikka, albeit without those guns and every mention of the Kikka-with-guns being scrubbed from their russian website.
