I also agree with you on other points, but makes no sense in removing it from the game, the solutions needs to be another one.

Aswell as said before, in the brochure there was the missile (that means nothing), but imagine that if im a factory that has propaganda about something i cant provide to potentional interested buyers due to the current… Operation… that is making me go domestic i would change to the most cost effective solution with proven results, and where my most expensive thing, the targeting pod, can be re-used and thats why theres usage in a fair volume of the KH-38ML. Overall the most cost effective solution.

One also cannot compare the different seeker heads of the AGM-65 family, as you cannot compare the KH-29T seeker to the KH-38 seekers due to being diferent stages.
There is also another issue that i like to call, USSR/RUSSIAN Budget Engineering. The aproach to common issues is viewed in different ways and therefore solutions, less dependence on the electronic part of the thing and more hardware inclined.

This being said, you cannot prove its existence or absence.

additional it seems to have been removed from brochures before the current events that we cant really talk about

I understand ML is more economic and that is why I doubt it ever completed development and additionally I believe with current events it is unlikely many resources are being invested in developing a less economic missile

In another note i comprehend the reason behind decisions like that, but from the point that some can have it and others not (for example whoever researched the vehicles that have now been removed)

Those vehicles were in the game for multiple years for balancing purposes and are only being removed when something gets added in their place.

So far Japan had the most fake vehicles being added to them.

The DEV’s have the last say in these matters and may choose to implement mockups and/or paper vehicles at their discretion if they feel the need to fill a hole in a tech tree or balance vehicles.

This is exactly what I’ve said before.
WT had plenty of mockups being added for balancing purposes.

It’s not. The Kh-38Ms are absolutely an outlier. 1.) They have good enough seekers to be used without a dedicated TGP 2.) They have a massive warhead which means even if you see the missile and smoke up they can still destroy you if you can’t move far enough fast enough. 3.) they have IOG which further exacerbates the above 4.) they have tremendous ∆V which gives them unmatched time to target and range, even when fired from a subsonic aircraft 5.) to go along with that they have a relative…

KH-38MT is balanced on SU-25SM3 and SU-34.
30SM shouldn’t have that missile.
