Yes you died to cas fairly often, but I didn’t at all.
Our team was the problem consistently. When we had a good team we annihilated the enemy team which was GER, RU, Swed, and France.
So if we are cherry picking one cas element, we should be broad and do all cas elements.

By Gaijin rules the burden of proof is on you, the player, not the developers. Developers may disclose their sources when it’s found necessary, but they are not obliged to do so.

The solution remains with their current state: New SPAA.
OR fixing the seekers of Kh-38MT and IR Hammer, which means the new SPAA might be genuinely OP, but that’s what BRs are for potentially.

What are the sources it doesn’t exist? Do you have contacts with the manufacturer? As other people have already explained to you the fact we don’t have much evidence doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Until you find a statement by the manufacturer saying it doesn’t exist, we must assume it does indeed exist.

You’ve answered yourself, “We do not know if the missile does or does not exist”, so why make this report?
We do know the missile series exist, we do know the seeker exists and has received a GRAU index. We have seen the missile series mounted on Russian aircraft operationally, it is reasonable to assume the aircraft is compatible and was likely tested with the Kh-38MT.
You are free to contact UAC about the missile and see if they respond.
As of right now, there wasn’t any proof of the missile’s non-existence provided.

Has this conversation already been forwarded to the devs for consideration or not? Just asking out of curiosity. After all this would be a first to remove an established weapon system from the live server.

We do have info on the other prototypes, the F-16AJ is known to be a fake jet and Gaijin had no choice since there was no other replacement at the time.
German prototypes were recorded to be paper/fake vehicles or unfinished prototypes.
Armaments are decided based off balancing decisions by the developers. Currently there are several NATO counterparts to the Kh-38MT in-game, it just so happens the Kh-38MT is the most capable out of them.
You’re free to research and find a replacement for the Kh-38MT missile.
