Just to make it more clear, there was nothing about a Kh-38MT being used, however there were photos of what is assumed to be a Kh-38M being used with a targeting system. Looking at it, it’s not a IR tracking variant, as it was used against buildings, so either laser or TV (if there is a TV one). Even then, it is irrelevant to the discussion, as already said, it’s not a 38MT, so it’s not showing that much
