How are you power tripping when you aint even a mod? This is within the topic, what are you threatening me with?
Convenient that you say they don’t exist, because they’re more than likely classified. I highly doubt it’s fake if it’s on 3 vehicles
Come back to this topic seeing 600+ replies. Scroll looking for anything showing the seeker exists with a gen2 thermal and 25x zoom.
Not surprised nothing is here.
Thats a major point. Where the hell did they get those stats from
The question I was hoping to get answered in this thread.
The unfortunate answer I am seeming to be getting.
Isn’t actually the contrary? There are proof of the Seeker ON the missile. Proof that Ru Gov page recognize it exist. Proof from other missile (Kh-39 Lmur) that they have the tech to create and produce IR seeker. And there its proof that At least the IR seeker of the Kh-39 lmur can track moving target (this started the whole topic). There is one vid of it tracking a BMP2 and other attacking a MRAP/Humvee at full speed. Not reason a seeker even more modern (2016-7 by info of butowski) wouldn’t be able to do so.
The only “proof” left its that if they actually used it.
In the current conflict they have use a lot of lmur (IR seeker) and Kh-38 of the ML variant (this is my guess, we don’t know what variant they had used). Usually both missile are doing same work. Sadly not source actually saying a MT/MTE attacked something… True is that Using a missile like kh-38MT against tank its a over kill specially when it cost should be even higher than lmur that is said to cost around 220k USD$. When something like a Lancet drone do the job just fine.
There is also an interview in feb(?) of this year to the CEO of the company that made these missile and in the whole interview he never talk that they need to create a IR seeker. The thing that they are working on its anti-jammer capability for these kind of missile.
If people want to know if they have use it (Kh-38MT/MTE). They should ask Fighter_bomber. The guy its very vocal and the info he posted online about Kh-39 Lmur its in line with what the CEO said that they need Anti-jammer capability on missile.
You mean ask the guy who posted a doctored photo of an “SU-35 intercepting an F-22” then manufactured a story of what happened?
Yeah seems like a great person to ask.
Pretty sure that pic has being manipulate for everyone at this point. I’ve see it as F-35, F-22 and Su-57.
Like i said he is very vocal. He its the one that said that LMUR its far from perfect and it can be jammed etc etc… And also you guy forget about he post about F-22 mopping the floor with Su-30sm and Su-35s?
Its like you guys only pic the part that suit you.
They’re gen 3 thermals in-game iirc…
Why? No clue, apparently russia was putting 3rd gen thermal optics on one-time use missiles instead of their ground vehicles I guess /s
Last I tested it i looked like a gen2 thermal.
according to datamines, kh38 resolution was buffed
I mean can you find unclassed tech from 2023 from any nation? Not really. There is a reason for that. Operational security
I tried to give a fair and logical path to proving it’s existence through proving it’s an inert missile and not a mockup, but no conclusive evidence has been shown. I’ve given the benefit of the doubt but now unless there is conclusive evidence it is not a mockup, I think the Kh-38MT doesn’t exist as shown in WT
The dude posted flase verifiably propaganda. Why should I trust anything else from him?
Just confirmed, theyre 1200x800, gen 3 thermals lol
I most have missed those data mines. Last I checked the 38MT was last week.
Yeah I doubt a nation fielding thermals only 300 more meters effective than Leopard 2A5 thermals on their T90M by their own accounts will spend the money to fire and destory gen 3 thermals on a missile.
tbf irl gen =/= resolution theoretically there could be gen 1 thermals with better resolution than gen 3
unfortunately in game thermals are designated solely by generation without taking resolution into account so you get weird situations like this
