KH-38s can be fired from Russia and hit Washington in 3 seconds :P
if it nerfs a nato vehicle or buffs a russian one but its based on crackpipe research or baseless vibes it will go through

I don’t think there is anything that can, correct me if I’m wrong.
All weapons are fairly hard limited to about 30km (under optimal conditions) except GPS guided weapons
I mean in game mavs have half the range they should when fired with 0 IAS so its still more accurate than that
id test it in game before saying for sure because for mav 14km target 1km altitude 0 IAS it says the missile times out almost there and at like 1.5km alt while in game it hits the ground at around 6.5km
check the wording - 70 is “max launch range”, while 40km is just “launch range”
