Mostly those that play ground or Sim.
Well its good for ASB as well as GRB, I mean have you seen americas winrate in 10.0 SIM? its nuts. I think in my like 30+ games in ASB with the A5C Ive only won like 4-5 times since it got added, and Im not bad by any measure.
this guy gets it
Yep, what they need, is a decent gamemode for RB. Like an RB EC Gamemode. Would give the RB players an actually fun experience with Mud Movers. Id not stand the Tornado Gr1 in ARB. But can play it all day in ASB
Sure its good. I thought people in general were just tired of having attack aircraft
I wonder if f-15 active and such will get added as event aircraft later on…
That’s fair but it’s wild to me just how many attackers or bombers end up as events or pass vehicles. The current pass plane is an attacker. The last pass plane was an attacker. The pass plane before that was a light bomber. The last event plane was a fighter, but the ones before that was a bomber (I think? The one with the low tier guided missile) and a ground attack focused version of a fighter.
I know I was just saying I prefer that unique planes don’t end up as event vehicles, but when was the last time there was a unique fighter as an event reward? I stopped playing in 2020 and only came back this last year.
Would have prefered something semi-multi role. dont get me wrong. I think this event specifically is plugigng the hole which is 10-11.3 purchasable CAS. britain doesnt have any yet. With a bit of a push for the British TT, like the upcoming CR2 overhaul. It makes sense.
Yeah, they need to alternate at a minimum. Maybe even favour fighters, so that maybe it was 3/4 per year were fighters. Or maybe 2/4 fighters, 1/4 CAS, 1/4 multi role.
But unfortunately that is just grounds influence on air
The Gr.1A only gets 60
I’ve been corrected on this numerous times already. I know that now.
Jaguar IS could carry 5x LGBs. 4 on the wings and one behind the TGP.
As seen here, bomb on the far left is a LGB. so you could in theory carry 5. Could also be armed with ASRAAM in the future.
Yeah, nothing wrong with BRITAIN getting the first jaguar with MAGIC 2s.
Nothing to see here, folks.
Utterly delusional. Give us better French jaguars if you’re going to give Britain a Jag with magic 2s. A jag with magic 2s that doesn’t sacrifice a pylon like France will. Don’t think that’s remotely fair.
fr, this event looks fun for me, I like the Jaguar and would love a plane to go along with my Challenger OES I got from those winter scam crates
If you forget about the magic 2s for a minute.
The first lot of Jags india acquired, which this is, were exported directly from Britain by BAE and those that were built.in India were to RAF specs.
This is quite literally a Jaguar Gr1B
I actually genuinely think we will see a round of new CAS though in June with the split BRs for air and ground. So fingers crossed Magic 2 Jag for France and 9L Jag GR3A for Britain
You can get your Jag A late with a whole bunch of upgrades. We used TIALD 500. You can get the CLDP which is much better.
I’m not opposed to Britain getting it, I play Britain. What I am opposed to is a jag with French missiles that the current Jag should carry going to the Brits.
Honestly, just want better jaguars. But feel this is a bit of a cheap way to go about it, given the whole French missile going to the pommies. If we had the French jag with these missiles, fair enough. But as it stands, seems a bit backwards.
So then then what? The Super Mystere, F-86K, F-100D, F-8E(FN), Milan, Mirage IIIC/E/5F, and Etendard should go to America because they all use the sidewinder?
It’s just a coincidence. India use quite a few British vehicles but they also use quite a bit of french stuff too, and Britain uses mostly US missiles, at least initially and India didn’t…they did later replace the Magic 2s with ASRAAM I believe.
Like I said, I reckon we’ll see a round of “late” Jags for Britain and France, with notably different BRs in air and ground. I actually think this is going to test the waters for that system.
I would much much prefer the Jaguar Gr3A over this any day of the week
Deliberately misinterpreting what people are saying is a pretty good way to have folk write you off in any further discussions.
Being a furry is also a pretty good way to have folk write you off in any further discussions.
