What makes you think that?
Its not worth going into detail but the guy used incorrect testing methods to “fix” FM of different aircraft even using a completely different model which weighs more than the one he “fixed”. Its more just a change that turned a already pretty mid vehicle into a glorified 1 turn brick.
Because I pay attention to posts and reports made about aircraft, and saw that the reporter used their own math, not the flight manual.
Not to mention the engine compression was already shitty enough. 1 turn to get to 330 mph, then your basically stalling out…
Forget the whole methods thing, the OP is alleging no materials AT ALL were used.
- The FM was changed on someone’s math, not the actual official manual….
With how some reports go all he had to do was show the cover and then say whatever, also hes been known to do this maliciously to different FM’s, he was the one who reported the mig 21’s but enough people called him out so that didnt go anywhere. When it comes to swedish vehicles there is like 4 people who do aircraft bug reports unless its the gripen then you can thank Necronomica and the british players for doing those.
Just because you don’t see the manuals doesn’t mean it’s not included, do you think developers just took some random numbers from some random guy?
I don’t know why you keep arguing some other points, the point is the OP of the thread alleged nothing was used. No cover, nothing.
Yes; I’m sure of it, also, he came on the forums and bragged about it XD
Post screenshot of that then
Let me go find it, it was a while ago; like 3 months
My bug report used a few pages from the official JA37 manual as a source.
And no, FM changes will not be reverted because you said so on forum, so deal with what you have now and just wait for the next BR updates (though I bet Gaijin will not decrease its BR anyway).
So why use the J35F manuel for the XS the F weighs much more due to the upgrades to the 6 pylons for Sarh and all aspect use. It seems a but odd that a vehicle such as that would have the exact same turning as a much lighter aircraft. Even a 500kg weight diff changes flight performance.
I’ve tried, report give me the same error every time and won’t let me post.
Not to be rude, but no shit…
Did you even check the bug report that I posted?
I set the mass of the XS in game to match the mass J35F from these tests from the manual, so the turn rate still should be very similar or the same unless they changed the wing profile.
And even then Gaijin set it so now it still has much better turn rate than in the manual.
Is your manual the F1 or F2?
Depends on the F model, to my knowledge the first model only had the upgrades for 2 pylons for Sarh and the more common later model would have the added weight from the modifications to hold all aspects. It a general question because the F should have a limit set to prevent pilots from turning to hard and breaking the vehicle. Theres more than enough events in which pilots pulled harder than they should’ve and put stress on the aircraft. Im more curious as to whether the F’s manual is under the same restrictions for turning as the XS. Also id like to know the difference in weight, general curiosity.
So the F1, which is lighter than the F2, but still heavier than D.
