About this aircraft
The J35A is a very fast, durable and maneuverable aircraft, but due to its lack of countermeasures, it has to dodge air-to-air missiles the old fashioned way! It can quickly gain speed and altitude and is armed with 30 mm Akan cannons, as well as missiles and rockets of your choosing.
I see it wrecking lobbies in ASB from time to time when it shows up. Any J35A pilot here could give a feedback if it’s worth picking up or not? I am almost at the Gripen, so I don’t need anything for grinding. Just for casual ASB. I play the XS. How does the A compare to the XS?
Only with a very good Pilot (Expert + Crewskills) so u can take Advantage of the Flight Performance and you have to avoid the better (All-Aspect) Missiles with ur Flight Skills.
I played it a long Time ago to grind through Swe and I hated it hard but now after I gained tons of more Experience it could be Fun. Im not sure if it has Tracer in its Belts if not thats another big nono for me
I picked it up. It is so maneuverable. I find that I don’t miss having countermeasures with this vehicle at this BR. I really thought I would. I also have the 11.0 Saab J35XS.
This one is more fun to play.(in my opinion)
