The HE shell problem

HE is very wrongly coded, and heres some examples of what HE did irl!

tank is dead

heres ap 17 pnder (ty flipallthetables) example just to prove how deadly kinetic energy can be if smtn bounces,

3 75mm he shells to this thing

heres what happens in wt(and ill use panther G since it has the most armor)

heres what happens if you hit a t34 ingame with any he shell, ill use the m55 for a perfect example

no damage. when irl the tank would be REDUCED to atoms or half of it gone.

well first of all, your sources for that being the weapons used are what?

This image is very well known and it literally has “17 pounder” written on it.

Like yeah, HE is strong, 75mm M48 HE could disable a Tiger with a lucky/good hit, but c’mon.

yea at the small holes. not the giant chunk missing

Yeah, which, again, is well documented to have been caused by repeated 17 pounder AP hits.

yes very strong, even wot knows HE should do some damage. if not killing the tank consideribly weakining the armores structural integrity

that just strengthens my point that kinetic energy should be doing alot more than in does ingame considering its a lower caliber. just proof gaijin doesnt know what they are doing lol, thanks for the correction aswell
