The game is installed on the SSD, but when updating, it uses the HDD as if it were installing on the HDD, even though there is plenty of free space on the SSD

Hello, I’m playing the game through Steam and all the game files are installed on the SSD, which means there are no game files on the hard drive. There is more than 60 GB of free space on the SSD. I started downloading the update that came today and I noticed that normally during downloading and installation, the game should load the SSD on which it is installed, but interestingly, it loads the HDD that I use as storage in my computer, not the SSD. The download and installation finished like this. Then, suddenly, I got an error saying “corrupt update file.” I tried Tere. This time, it started verifying the files, but again, the HDD was loaded. There was no load on the SSD. I thought there was a problem with Steam. I closed and opened Steam again. This time, while verifying the files, I said that the SSD was loaded. It was completely fixed, but after the verification, it found 12 GB of missing files. In other words, the problem I had before caused approximately 12 GB of files to be deleted from the game files. It started downloading the missing files, but this time, it started loading the HDD. I couldn’t understand the source of the problem. Can someone help me?
