The game crashes for no reason

There’s been a few reports put in since it began happening after the last major update, herer one form three months ago with a few users contributing to it too but that’s just still open and no response yet: Community Bug Reporting System

This is the only game I have that this happens to, could it be possible to maybe poke whomever about looking at this issue/reports already in?

It only seems to be in ground battles for me, and I don’t even have ray tracing for my gpu

Same. I can"t even use tank now. I log on and my screen does the EXACT same thing as yours.

I have about 24GB left in storage and I play on a macOS. That in itself might be my problem, but I am able to do air battles, but if I log onto tank battles, it will freeze my screen. The sound continues, but after a while it will crash and ask if I want to send a report to Gaijin. I have not tried naval battles yet, but it didn’t register things during the tutorial.

Gibberish to me :)

The game not working might have something to do with having an antivirus like sophos home on your computer. Thinking back the crashing only started happening after installing sophos home onto my pc.

I have the exact same problem and now it has become more and more frequent and I don’t know how to solve it and it doesn’t depend on my PC because I have a 5070ti and an intel i7 14k

What happens leading up to the crash?

or it freezes the image, black screen or goes directly back to the desktop but it happens even after having opened it for 1 minute I updated all the gpu and cpu drivers it doesn’t change anything in fact it seems worse among other things it does it both in dx11 and dx12
I’m sure it’s not a hardware problem because I have a 5070ti, 64gb of ram and intel 17 14k
i don t what i do now

Your hardware itself is a problem, I’d imagine you’re gaming with open affinity on an i7.

That aside, have you cleared your cache? Have you created a crash dump?

It would be small if there were only two people, but there are maybe hundreds.

I switched the driver to 573.52, since that is the latest driver that nvidia recommended in their Vulkan Driver Support | NVIDIA Developer. Hope it will help. If no, other guy recommended me to use 566.36 driver.

I’m using now 576.28 drivers, and no more issues for me

“hundreds” is still in this context a small number of players as there are hundreds of thousands that play daily. “hundreds” would then be 0.1% of players.

I assume you guys are actually trying to play with RayTracing. I have it off, and I still get a RT crash, I kid you not:]

I just went through the error message and the last line is not RayTracing error, its an low-level Windows NT kernel function. Thanks ChatGPT:]
