Besides this, I actually looked through a lot of other documents, but they only mentioned the electric flap without providing detailed extension/retraction times. But do you think a 14-second extension/retraction time is what an electric flap should have?

I have the flight manuals for the Fw 190 A-1, A-5, A-6, and D-9 (the A-5 and A-6 share the same manual). These manuals only mention that the flaps are electrically actuated and that the airspeed should not exceed 320 km/h when the flaps are fully extended. However, none of these manuals specify the time for flap retraction or extension. Therefore, in practice, this parameter is left with considerable discretion to the pilot / ground crew / official authority.
But think about it—how weak is the 190 in the current version? The airframe is already extremely clumsy to begin with. Previously, you could at least rely on the flaps to perform some low-speed defensive maneuvers. But now? Once you lose energy advantage, these 190s just become meat on the chopping block, unless you keep them at high speed all the time. Balance has always been an issue in War Thunder.
