The Field and Workshop Mods of Vehicles, new builds and Prototypes

Didnt they have a different mantlet? And i can see the recoil cylinders.

It’s definitely not the normal gun. Idk why but it looks like it may be an Italian gun of some kind? The barrel looks very Italian.
It looks very similar to the 90mm 90/53 Mod.41 but I think that gun is too big.

The barrle profile does fit the StuH 42 L/28, the thing at the end just not.

Does it? The Stuh has that thing at the base of
The barrel and this doesn’t.
As for the thing at the tip of the barrel, isn’t that just where the mount the muzzlebrake? If so then I doubt it’s the base Stuh gun since I don’t think it has that

The barrle doesnt need to have a muzzle brake, and the thing at the base is part of the mantlet front, which is missing in general.

Ok. Yeah I have no idea.

Maybe it’s for a barrel launched rocket? I have no idea lol

Not sure If this helps or not.

But I would assume you already know these information.

Here’s a couple finds from me.

An Sd.Kfz.10 with some sort of field gun. I’m not sure which type, though the source cites it as a 45mm cannon. However, I can’t say for sure whether that’s true.

Potentially the same vehicle at a different date, likely earlier as it still has the bridge ramps here

would that make it difficult to keep the gun on target after firing?

Hopefully with infantry we can get these Italian APC things

Funfact, image of captured one by Czechoslovak resistence being examined before being used.

@Ghostmaxi Have you anything to say about this? I don’t recall it appearing on the WT forums before but maybe I’m wrong.

Rheinmetall-Borsig Flakpanzer design of late 1944 on an unknown chassis, sporting a turret armed with four MK 103s and two MG 131s. Allegedly, “metal was cut”, however a majority of the work manifested only in a partial wooden mockup.

Anyone got nice good quality photos of the 8,8 cm Flak Sfl 18 Ton Sd.Kfz.9. Where the front of the cab is visible, especially the 2 front plates (including the plate between driver and engine compartment below the windscreen).
