I mean the Chinese not wanting the thai VT-4 to go to the Japanese tree is weird and hypocritical, because they are more than fine with taking the Taiwanese imported vehicles (like the M1A2T).
However I don’t think we ever had a hypothetical situation where Gaijin would add a vehicle from a nation to a nation tree that they are actively at war with irl.

Taiwan is an official part of the Chinese tree. Thailand is an official sub tree for the Japanese tree. So Taiwanese tanks go in the Chinese tree and Thai tanks go in the Japanese tree.
So if Japan can’t have the Thai VT-4 than China can’t have the Taiwanese M1A2T.

Thailand ist a subtree for Japan, Thai operated vehicles go in the Japanese tree.
Same goes for other unpopular subtrees, such as India.

It is also not Chinese players to judge what tanks go where if one nation’s tech is already established within/alongside others. India became subtree within British TT, thus Indian vehicles are going there, Hungary became subtree within Italian TT, thus Hungarian vehicles are going there, BeNeLux became subtree within French TT, thus BeNeLux vehicles are going there.
Yet of all of community present in this game, it is only Chinese that somehow think they are in power to change things even though devs defined Thai subtree within Japanese TT and other part of community does not protest against it. In fact, I have barely seen ANYONE besides Chinese being so loud against VT-4 going elsewhere than China.

Before even checking who you replied to - i guessed either TEC or MatAWG. Haha.
Whereas the whole War Thunder community was up in arms about India being made a subtree for Britain. Gaijin never listened to the community then, so they sure as heck won’t care about what some of the Chinese community have to say about where and where not the VT-4 should go.
