When will the update drop?
I assume it drop tomorrow. I gues they will announce the technical works tonight. Later makes it difficult to fix all bugs before x-mas ;-)

If I had to guess based on the state of the dev server (skins and loading screens) i think that the update will drop this week earliest tomorrow.
As @Psusennes said a drop on the 22nd will make bug fixing troublesome due to low staff. Another thing is that the winter event will start this week on Friday and they will probably try to get the patch out before that.
But what do I know. Best is probably to lower ones hopes and look forward to next Monday.

There should be a cog icon somewhere around the top. If you go there you should be able to switch between dev and live
