Yeah I was really excited when I saw the spread increase to 0.2, now it’s like why even bother changing…
Same dispersion as 2A72 on BMP-3/BMD-4 now btw
1.745mrad maximum (1.745m / km)
0.582mrad typical (0.582m / km) - typical = 1 sigma, i.e. 68.27% of shells
Previously, the maximum dispersion was 0.08°, which corresponds to;
<1.4mrad maximum (<1.4m / km)
0.465mrad typical (0.465m / km) - typical = 1 sigma, i.e. 68.27% of shells
Basically, at 1km your maximum dispersion is now worse by a whopping 1.9 Leopard 2 gun barrel diameters.
Shall I remind you that it fires at >9rds per second and a single hit to the muzzle or bore evacuator sufficies to turn your barrel orange, 2 hits to turn it red and 3 to destroy it?
irl, the 2A42’s requirements are not even <= 4mrad max, as the zeroing only requires it to hit 3/4 shells in a 40cm radius at 100m.
Can’t noticeably nerf russian fantasy dispersion afterall ig.
@Smin1080p_WT any updates on the reports for the Puma? Overpressure has been fixed on dev but so far no other changes afaik
The link on this is wrong and leads to the QF 95 mm HE explosive mass
What they need to do is nerf its damage to tank barrels. The US M1296 is 30mm and barely scratches tank barrels.
I’d prefer not to get additional in-game vehicle sales notifications like this. Seems a little FOMO. I think it should be opt-out in settings.
Hey. The developers are still investigating some Puma reports. Any and all updates will be reflected in the report comments themselves.
no its just cope for the most part the J-15T countermeasure count is accurate as it is
so with this happening, will the Hawk 200 RDA and the Hawk 200 also receive their ADEN gunpod? they could both use the same gunpod as fitted to the Hawk 209
How about doing a quick fix and getting the yaw damper enabled on the NF-5A?
https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/warthunder/i/512i6ZRSHyxy
Hey. Unfortunately neither could use a gunpod. They have different fuselage interference points compared to the production 200 series. So the gunpod cant fit.
Are you sure, as far as i can tell there are pictures online of various Hawk 200s all sporting those gunpods, it seems pretty universal for the Hawk 200 to support that particular gunpod.
It would seem odd that the Hawk 200s used to sell the plane to customers could not mount a weapon that seems to be almost universally adopted by opperators of the type.
Why is it still forced to be enabled? on the updated DEV server?
Theres no images of the base Hawk 200 or RDA with gunpods.
The production Hawks for export customers have gunpods. This is only for the two prototype / pre production examples found in the British tree.
This one looks like user error, even by the standards of that cannon lol

master was moved after Italian Tonka. Nice, now i can research it without putting effort into entire attacker line
(Its back to 0.2)
- for some other Russian/Chinese 30mm aswell
