The definitive Swedish Air-to-Air missile list

It’s ASRAAM

With mid body wings? Kinda odd

Says the mockup is the S225X, no idea if the others are but it wouldn’t surprise me

So the first s225x doesn’t have wings, and the second one does? Or like it’s just a random missile.
Whatever idk

This is the IRIS-T prototype used in the Gripen

The missile on the right does kinda look like prototype iris t other than the fact that it has a radar dome which is throwing me off

Matches with this, though it may be something else but we’ve seen a few different IRIS-T models on the Gripen while it was in the Proto stage

@Zyranovos are we counting sky flash active? That was the original point of this image being posted here since that iirc lead to the S225X creation.

If it’s been used; I’ll try and find any data I can on it. Been spending less time on the forum, more time grinding, I need to work on this project more.

It is weird to see a source for RB71 with the Gripen since more often than not most only talk about the RB99

Well its specifically a version that does not need a CW Illuminator which Blue Vixen does not have

RB71A isnt “Active Skyflash” the project but is essentially the same think
Though I believe later on in RB71A project it was taken over by the same team as Active Skyflash
They both went the same way and RB71B was the only Swedish modification of the skyflash to actually go anywhere

Is it not? I’ve always heard and seen stuff for it go by RB71A, including the page I also listed above lists RB71A as sky flash active

What was the difference with the RB71B?

uhhhh yeah, thats about all we know
some seeker shenanigans and they bought some motors (probably to refurbish the old ones)
