nah it gets 60 rounds instead of 26. Experienced player will know how not to reveal commander in the turret over the hill for too long. And, the gunner is in the hull, so technically it can still shoot when commander is out. I believe the only downgrade of RDF/LT compared to HSTV/L is the mobility. Still, I think RDF/LT should NOT be a premium.
I like the looks of it! However, wouldn’t it be too heavy? Would be nice to have an option to remove external additional armor.
Proto types should totaly be premium or event and normal vehicles should not be premium but i dont think the bmd4 should be added as a prem

The HSTV-L has the same hull down capability, except it’s much faster and thus easier to flank with. Ammo count is irrelevant if you can aim, I’ve only gotten close to running out of ammunition with the HSTV-L a handful of times

We need a free event to give us access to the existing BMD, the crate gambling one was some reall bullspit.

I’m asking myself, despite 95% out of ~700 support the implementation of the BMD-4M as tech tree vehicle too, I’m thinking about this: Will Gaijin pay attention to this or not? I’m hoping so.

We can only hope. Gaijin has to at least acknowledge it, right? The HQ-17 topic (which got a similar amount of engagement as this one) led to the HQ-17 getting foldered in the dev, which means the devs are listening.
Edit: in fact, the HQ-17 got a few hundred fewer votes than this topic, and fewer replies.
I also know that, either the HQ-17 get foldered or the Tor-M1 is completely removed, despite few chassis and general design changes, just because it receives a new missile and new radar, grinding a entire new vehicle for this is crazy.
Prob not, but I’m trying. I’ve posted on Reddit and reached out to a few YouTubers for help, hoping something can be done.
I’m not even a Russian main. I just think it’s INSANE to keep adding premiums that should be part of the tech tree.

Imagine this happened to any other country, for example Israel. And for an entire year Israel got nothing but premium Magach and Merkava variants, and at the end of the year they finally add the Namer but as a premium. People would, rightfully, be very upset.

They will say something like blah blah we promise to add more BMD’s next patch blah blah now go buy our overpriced premium to grind it faster.
Sorry but russia and usa is milking cow for gaijin. I doubt they will actually do anything sadly. If they do I’m gonna praise the snail.

I just hope this doesn’t is final.
Some support the BMD-3M which is a good vehicle but considering the firepower would probably be at 10.0 or 10.3, which is nothing wrong but I want to play something with the Berezhok Combat Module I would just pick the BMP-2M.
The thing with the BMD-4M is: It could be a alternative to players to have access to such powerful machine by simply grinding it for a few hours and enjoying the same way people that owns the BMD-4.

And if they change this situation by adding a tech tree counterpart, this may reflect in future addition, which, I think is slowly being changed with the PzH2000 for Germany as tech tree vehicle and the PzH2000HU for Italy as premium vehicle, not forgetting about the JA 37DI.
This definitely needs to be addressed… 2 Prem/Event and no tech tree Variants…
