This is the second time I’ve bought the Battle Pass, and I planned to grind my way to Level 125 to sell (the rewards) afterward. Lie, because, as person above said, people were logging in before fix to try to trigger the bug. Not all of them succeed, but still some of them did. Also many people affected by bug started to claim rewards and use them as soon as possible, hoping that it makes rewards less likely to be recalled.
Also you are implying that people did nothing wrong by keeping and using bugged stuff, which is untrue as well, since such behavior is explicitly stated as violation of TOS. All previous cases of similar events, like GE situation i mentioned, infamous “Premium time debt”, or RP bugs, resulted in bans and recalling of unfairly obtained ingame stuff.
It would be quite literally impossible to tell if a person logged in to “try to trigger a random bug” or just logged in as normal to play.
The Community managers have explicitly stated that it is okay for those that experienced the bug to keep the things they got.
I have not stated any of my personal opinions on the matter nor anything on what i think should or shouldn’t be done.
Since the incident has already occurred, why can’t Gaijin Company offer the players more compensation? Is it a difficult thing to offer compensation? This is extremely detrimental to players who have already obtained the battle pass and have spent a lot of time completing daily tasks, special missions and challenges (for example, me. My battle pass is already level 99. This was all done by myself and without exploiting any bugs).
I feel the same way, all the tasks can be really exhausting and frustrating at times. I always buy the battle pass afterwards, because three months is a long time and anything can happen in the meantime. But most of the time I manage to complete it. If there won’t be any meaningful compensation for everyone, I’ll probably stop playing for a while. There are some great games coming out this fall anyway

Yeah, these are usually worth 50 Gaijin Coins or more, but now it’ll be a maximum of 10. Just think about it, there will be more listed than in any other event, I dare say there could be 10,000 of them. If Gaijin really sweeps this under the rug, they definitely need to be reported to consumer protection.

In the past a few major gatchas had a similar error - I do not believe anyone was banned in those instances but the exploited gains are normally removed.
Going on past experiences Gaijin tends to restore RP and SL if they remove vehicles / research parts so it is likely to be the same here.
On the extremes - many years ago there was a supposed exploit performed with the " Rookie Golden Battles Wager " I heard that some accounts reached a negative premium currency balance because of that exploit which resulted in banned accounts.

To those players who accidentally obtained rewards through the bug, please stop making sarcastic remarks. You need to understand that the Battle Pass levels of us affected players were all earned by spending countless hours grinding, and we were looking forward to rewards that should only be obtained through hard work.
Additionally, please note this: if Gaijin fails to respond effectively, it will prove that this is an irresponsible company. If your own interests are harmed in the future, can you really expect Gaijin to respond with a positive attitude?
We come here to play to relax and have fun, not to have months of our progress ruined by the developers themselves and then be expected to just smile about it. They seriously ruined my weekend I’ve been stressed out about this, and it’s been a long time since a game has upset me this much. If that’s how it is, I’ll just move on to another game no big deal.
