Why haven’t you even released an announcement? Why are you staying silent?

I’m not sure if it would fall into any legal territory in anyway. At least not to be contacting any officials outside of Gaijin. However here in America we have the BBB which does keep a record, and can be freely used by anyone. If the company does not have a page one can be made. Usually a formal response is received through their help.
This would probably not do a damn thing to Gaijin. The best we got is to keep the review bombing up IF they don’t get us a good response within 48hrs. That’s plenty of time to get back to work on Monday and figure it out. This could really make or break the games future.
There’s also some slim chance it was a targeted thing and not a normal glitch. Which would take time to investigate.

The BBB is not a government organization. They are a private entity with zero legal authority.
There are US federal organizations which do have legal jurisdiction, however I will not advocate nor support contacting any of them. Especially right now as it is the weekend and we have yet to see if Gaijin has any further plans to address this current situation.

I thought I mentioned they were a different thing and didn’t have real authority? Also that I would wait until at least Monday night (48hrs) before even lowering reviews much less contacting any officials. It’s a game bug/glitch/hack not a terrorist attack.

I was thinking something like that . … for players that got the “Happy Meal” for 2000 GEs or by reaching level 125 in the previous BP - 50 levels(not those that already have been “boosted” tho) and for those getting the “Full Meal Deal” for 2500 GEs - 100 levels.
A compromise, something reasonable and more a show of good faith than just “giving it all away”.

While watching others reaping windfalls, deserved or not, is nothing to get angry about I don’t think . . . yes it is disappointing, and sure the Tooth Fairy could throw us all a bone, but it’s not likely . . .

I think Gaijin could/should do something for the rest of us, but I would also understand if they don’t. I didn’t buy a BP lottery ticket, so I didn’t expect to win anything, but . . . . I wouldn’t say no to a little gimmie either . . lol
In the previous 19 Battle Passes the lowest I have finished has been level 134
I am not going to make it that far this time . . . C’est la Vie

My BP is fine? I never had the bug or wasn’t logged in during it. Mine wasn’t rolled back. It’s right where it ought to be (not very high since I didn’t buy in to this season, but it’s about 60something I’m in match right now can’t look).

I want to know whether the officials will actually apologize for this or just remain silent, while other users get to have two premium vehicles.
They said “congratulations” to players who exploited the bug, while legitimate players lost what they had worked hard for.

I also tend to agree with this view. Why can’t Gaijin roll back the level data? Perhaps such a result will encourage more people to activate the battle pass.
The official believes that players who purchase passes will not leave this game. Referring to EA company, you have already purchased this game, and we are not responsible for the remaining after-sales work.

We have invested too much (time and money) in this game. We went from loving this game to being disappointed. I felt that Gaijin had no positive attitude at all. Our voices were always ignored. Bro, I feel tired.
May u Please and thank you give the people and me who did not get it something because alot of people did get all levels vehicles warbonds everything. if thats ok because im seeing alot of posts how people are saying its unfair because a lot of people got it while the others did not. Maybe gajin will give the people who did not get it something or full battle pass possibly and if so thank u and that would be amazing.

Regarding the Battle Pass glitch that allowed only some players to obtain large quantities of in-game items, I believe this creates an unfair situation for other players. Is there any compensation or countermeasure planned? Currently, I find the response to be clearly insincere.
