Why is there no reasonable compensation measure for someone like me?

Fair Solution for Everybody

  • Set same (max encountered) BP lvl for everybody
  • Reset BP rewards for unaffected
  • Filter out duplicated SB-25J WZ-141-1 vehicles and coupons
  • Refund GE:
    • spent on BP levels
    • 500 if BP was purchased for 2500GE
  • Gaijin gets higher incomes from happy players

@Smin1080p_WT, it is painful to see that part of community was neglected and mistreated (by not having those free levels). I am sure CMs standing with WT community and already explaining all tensions to the developers. I hope devs will commit sober and fair action on workdays next week.

We understand that this is a big misfortune for the developer team to experience such a hurricane, but it is more important to make out of this situation correctly to secure the project’s future in the eyes of the player base. Thank You in advance.

This is just unfair, really unfair, I sacrificed my sleep to grind BP to get WZ-141-1 and some people get insane free levels? at least this time give everyone 50 levels of progress man

honestly, 25 to 50 levels would be a fair compromise as a gesture of good will from gaijin, most of us are close or past level 100 anyways

In my opinion, they currently have only one correct choice. Issue everyone a level 151 combat pass, for those who are currently at level 151. In fact, this pass has already been broken; some people, like me, have seen their level decrease, while others have 1000+. Those who want to receive all the paid rewards will still have to buy the pass. And I think most will buy it…

I am very sure he got the rewards, and he wants the advantages…

They subtracted to avoid using another word GE from people during the Play4Peace charity event.

There’s no making out of this correctly for them. The only reason i believe that they are letting people keep the rewards is because it can generate instant revenue.

Players who purchased the Battle Pass before it crashed should be compensated.

I have seen some people who have received rewards for this bug saying that it is not a big deal and will not have any impact on others. I do not want to mention any time-consuming or other issues here. I just want to say one thing. Many players have played wz141 to sell her on the exchange, and this bug has caused many players to directly receive wz141, some even two. There is no doubt that this will have an impact on the exchange price, and it may even lead to unsold products due to excessive ownership. So far, the official has not provided a solution. I hope this is because they are discussing compensation or returning to the stock(Although I really don’t want to go back to gear, I just drove AKD10 on the PVE helicopter today,by the way,I think the heli pve just like piece of 💩), rather than pretending to be dead to get away with it

EDIT: PROOF of duplicate vehicle rewards. Now I see all the other replies talking about the duplicates. This was the first time I had noticed that this happened. This changes my opinion. I have to think about this for a bit before advocating for a specific resolution.

ORIGINAL MESSAGE:

Do you have proof of this alleged doubling of a Battle Pass vehicle reward? Since it is not listed on the marketplace yet (I just double checked) a screenshot showing two of the same vehicle from the current BP in a player’s inventory would be conclusive proof.

I have been pretty much in the middle for this issue (full disclosure, I got the current BP by using the previous BP’s upgrade coupons, and I did not get any extra BP levels from this bug). However, IF there actually was doubling of any of the current BP vehicles for some players, my opinion would probably shift to advocate for some sort of overall “compensation”/gift for everyone else who has purchased the current BP.

Final note: While I fully understand and empathize with the frustration and discontent currently, I would recommend trying to be as polite and reasonable as possible. Making “threats” like “I will just quit the game” are not constructive, and will usually only make people ignore your reply (including the Devs/team). Say what you want in “compensation”/gifts; say what you think you/we deserve. Just try your best to say it with as much respect and dignity as you can muster. Cheers bros.

SMH this is not fair to us normal bugged users. Either everyone should affected should get two coupons or you should take away the second coupon from those players.
