I’ve bought countless packs and battle passes, but they won’t make a fool out of me again. This kind of filthy move, and the fact that they don’t even respond to these questions on the forum, is infuriating. They should be reported to consumer protection. I understand that they messed something up and some players got it for free and they can’t undo it, but the fact that they did this at the expense of other players is outrageous.
Theres a difference, people who grinded normally like me and others are ~75-100 levels past and people who put zero effort got houndreds of free levels why are we being treated so differently from gaijin?

Given the difficulty of completing the Battle Pass tasks, this title was supposed to be a testament to both my in-game skill and my loyalty to War Thunder. But now, with Battle Pass levels being universally inflated due to the bug, this title has lost its rarity, and the over a month of hard work put in by many loyal players has been rendered worthless.
It’s not just Chinese players like me who feel this way—I’ve seen numerous players from other countries feeling equally frustrated, and I deeply understand the efforts and sacrifices they’ve made.
I want to reiterate once again: this is not a trivial mistake. Your company must reflect seriously on this incident and provide a solution that satisfies all players.

the guys that got 600 bp levels did not buy the “lottery ticket”, they just logged in and got everything for free
because thats not a windfall? its a bug that occured in the battle pass system… usually gaijin does a rollback or straight up bans ppl (remember the rp accumulation exploit?)

lottery-running companies not in any power to give winnings to everyone participating, unlike this company. Also, lottery winners don’t affect me in any way, while now coupon will just be ruined by these “winners” and I will be lucky if I just can return invested, not telling bout any profit
