I’m never buying a battle pass again, what is this Gaijin how is that fair???

If you complete the battle pass tasks normally, why wouldn’t you get the rewards? Right now, many players only have a few levels on their battle pass, but because of this bug, they can claim all the rewards.

But you say people who spent effort and money got nothing. Which is it?

im really dissapointed in gaijin letting everyone that was affected by the battle pass bug that increased their level keep the items and levels that they got from it, ive been grinding this whole season and seeing other players go to max level because of a bug is really frustrating. i hope that gaijin fixes this and makes things right, either taking away the levels that the people that were affected by the bug got or the people that werent affected getting easier access to completing the battle pass or just getting some kind of rewards. i promise im not greedy, im just saying that what happened really isnt fair.

There are plenty of such cases in the comment section. They spent money on this season’s battle pass and also put in time to complete the tasks. Yet in the end, others have reached the max level while their progress remains unchanged—do you think that’s fair?

Gaijin you messed up, the right thing to do is to give every player ALL the rewards from this battle pass.

But my faith in Gaijin doing the right thing is non-existent these days so I won’t hold my breath much.

I have spent money, as well as a great deal of energy and time on this game. It can be said that players like us are your company’s most loyal customers. No matter which company it is, it should respect the opinions and interests of people like us. If our rights and interests are violated, the blow to the company will be fatal. This is not an ordinary bug, and I hope you will carefully reflect on the impact of this incident and its potential consequences.

If you still want to make money from the players, you should come up with a reasonable solution as soon as possible instead of remaining silent. Is it really so difficult to implement solutions such as game rollback?

I’ve bought countless packs and battle passes, but they won’t make a fool out of me again. This kind of filthy move, and the fact that they don’t even respond to these questions on the forum, is infuriating. They should be reported to consumer protection. I understand that they messed something up and some players got it for free and they can’t undo it, but the fact that they did this at the expense of other players is outrageous.

Theres a difference, people who grinded normally like me and others are ~75-100 levels past and people who put zero effort got houndreds of free levels why are we being treated so differently from gaijin?

Agreed. I work hard for the BP every day, even finishing special tasks. (you can see it is 0).

Prior to this incident, I have never posted any negative comments about Gaijin Entertainment on Steam or the Gaijin Forums. However, this time, I can no longer hold back my dissatisfaction and disappointment.

I am a Chinese player. As many know, Chinese people have a special affinity for dragons—so I was extremely eager to obtain this time’s title, “Flying Dragon,” which requires reaching Level 150 in the Battle Pass to unlock. Given the difficulty of completing the Battle Pass tasks, this title was supposed to be a testament to both my in-game skill and my loyalty to War Thunder. But now, with Battle Pass levels being universally inflated due to the bug, this title has lost its rarity, and the over a month of hard work put in by many loyal players has been rendered worthless.

It’s not just Chinese players like me who feel this way—I’ve seen numerous players from other countries feeling equally frustrated, and I deeply understand the efforts and sacrifices they’ve made.

I want to reiterate once again: this is not a trivial mistake. Your company must reflect seriously on this incident and provide a solution that satisfies all players.
