I dont really care if its doa, since i will use it to rp as a civilian airliner
Are these 3000lb demolition bomb more lethal than normal 3000lb bomb like the ones found on F111a? Why does it have the word “demolition” in the name or maybe I just never knew its called that
B-57 straight to 6.3 then since it perform literally almost the same as the German Ar234-B2.
Yea say that to most of Russian vehicle
Soviet vehicles do require skill.
IL-28 is a worse B-57.
B-66 is hilariously superior to B-57 and IL-28, and generally superior to Buccaneer S1.
B-66 is marginally superior to Vautours.
we need A-5 and B-58 at 9.0 and 9.3
how? they are the same speed but IL-28 got a really good tail gun, yet lower br
Not even by much. All it has is slightly more speed and a tail gun. Compare to something that is similar to it at 9.0 like Yak-28B, which got much better acceleration (I think, pulling this one out of my ass) so 8.7 + air spawn would be much more reasonable BR for the B-66.
Payload > Tu-4 is better
Turret → 23mm better than .50cals
They are not the same speed.
B-57’s higher TWR in-game as well as better wing design allows for it to reach higher speeds at lower altitudes.
The B-66 has significantly more speed than the B-57.
Yak-28 being potentially under-BR’d is another issue.
Air spawn would make B-66 9.3.
The F3H-2 has demo bombs so you can test with that
there props require little skill
whats demo bomb? (yea ik its short for demolition) is it different than normal bomb?
does it actually matter ? You will get one tapped in both the b29 and the tu4 without landing a single hit. And the payload doesnt matter bc realisticaly you will only get 1 base per game due to the multiple stirke aircraft and other bombers in ur team
play in it Ground battle and erase the map
this post is about air rb
There being an expectation that the only place an aircraft is viable Ground RB I’ve always found to be really dumb. Especially as it requires you to play ground vehicles first and you get nothing but hate for using said aircraft in GRB.
All aircraft should be perfectly viable in ARB and there are plenty of ways to allow that to happen:
Casual plug:
Magic 1:
thing is, if the Tu-4 was moved down to say 7.3, it would be an absolute nightmare for 6.3 fighters to shoot it down.
It’s 23mm armament is still deadly at 8.0.
then train yourself,… use gunners manually,… most aircraft at such BR are easily killed by 4x23mm facing them whatever the angle.
7.7 if that doesnt work then 7.3
True but you can just stay out of range or just move fast enough to not give them a chance. Not to mention is straight up faces 9bs
to fire a 9B the plane has to be within the coverage of the gunners.
7.7 sure, but anything lower and it’s going to be the death star.
Now, let’s move the thread back to the B-66.
