Isssues or missing ordinance should be reported on the CBR: Community Bug Reporting System

You also have to provide clear proof of declassification of any source material and that it is publicly useable otherwise we will not accept it. Source Material: Restrictions on Classified and Export Restricted information (“Military Restrictions”)

Here you have not done so, but simply stated it was.
