The '310th FS/56th FW 80th Anniversary' camo for F-16C cannot be seen from other players!

I bought the aforesaid camo, but my friend can’t see it, he see the gray regular camo instead !!

There is a setting for what skins to show on other players.
Your friend might have turned off some of those settings, i don’t know which setting this exact skin goes under but there are 2 or 3 different settings for skins to show or not show.
