+1 Considering Israeli F-15 named Baz, Swiss AGM-65 called Flz.Luf something and Italy using F-2000 instead of EF2000, why not make operator naming using more widely in game?
If someone afarid they might can’t recongnize these vehicle we could just add a bracket so it will display like Netz[F-16A] or B.J.7[Alpha Jet A], or give them a alternative version which is switchable

I think that a more modern Japanese Hiromatu roundel or even a Thailand-identifying symbol would have been better since it fits the vehicles’ era while also bringing out more representation and distinction at the same time.

A while ago I made an edit for an elephant symbol taken from the Siamese roundel

Above it is the Italian F-84 with the same symbol that Thailand currently uses. This roundel is also not how the Thai roundel looks, since Thailand doesn’t just use a tricolor.

The short answer is that I’m not sure, I’d have to check, but it is probably unofficial considering it is just the abbreviation of the Super Mystere, SMBD, with vowels added.
