As you can see in the image, the textures are not loading, only when they are very, very close to me. Same goes for shadows.
I have RTX 4070 and almost all settings maxed, except for RTX and grass ofc.
I have tried to reinstall the game but no success.
It looks like in arb, ground rb, no matter what I play.
