Textures Freaking out in battle

This has been happening for several days now. After a few minutes in battle, my graphics start freaking out. It’s only happened in battle, and when it happens it also effects my desktop after closing the game.

All my drivers are up to date, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled twice, not sure what’s happening. I’ve attached 2 screenshots, I can provide more if needed.

Anybody else experiencing this?

The same thing happens to me since the last update, exactly the same, I have tried to reduce the FPS and reduce the graphics to the minimum and still everything remains the same, when this happens to me, I have to restart the PC so that everything is fine again .
