I have noticed that when ever i play i assume any leopard 2A4 model such as the 2A4M and or the Leopard 2 ( PzBtl 123) (as far as i noticed) my pc frames will go from over 130 FPS down to below 30 FPS while controlling it but if i use my 2A7V and my Leo 2PL, frames are perfectly fine but it tanks badly for no reason, i believe it something to do with the model? im not sure

i did add the tags for it i thought but im not sure where to make a actual bug report

You need to create a report under the tag “performance” or something like that. You probably will need to take a screenshot via the in game button (default is F12 iirc) - not steam, not screen capture, but the actual war thunder screenshot tool.
You might also need to give game logs. To find both folder you should check in google
